For me personally, working smart not hard means seeking and gaining the information, knowledge, and skill set I need to accomplish any project with well above average if not superior results. It means dedicated study and focus on learning about the related variables and how to evaluate success, then making changes to do better next time. It is a process, not an event, that starts and never ends. There is always room for improvement and certainly more information to learn and apply.
